Entries dropped off at bank location must include name and contact information. Read the Ag Week Giveaway Facebook post or at www.FNBC.bank/ShareWhatAgMeans and enter by sharing a photo that reflects 'What Ag Means to You' in the comments via the Facebook Post or drop off your entry at any First National Bank location. One entry per person. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. FNB is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or other damages caused to participant’s system.

WINNER SELECTION & PRIZES: At the end of the promotion period, FNB will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a Blackstone® Top Griddle, grilling accessories, and a Carhartt hat. Winner will be notified via a comment on the post through which they entered or by email or phone call. Winner will be notified within 10 business days following the last day of the contest. Winner will be asked to pick-up the prize at their local First National Bank location. In the event that a winner does not pick-up the prize within 30 days or if a winner is determined to be or make themselves ineligible, FNB will randomly select an alternate winner from all remaining non-winning entries from the given Entry Period. All rules listed above with regard to eligibility will remain in effect for the alternate drawing. This is a one-time prize. Prize may not be redeemed for cash or equal value. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

CLAIMING PRIZE: By submitting their name and address to claim their prize, a person selected as a winner also agrees to: a) verify eligibility, b) release FNB and its associates from all liability, claims and actions of any kind for injuries, damages or losses to persons or property which may be incurred in connection with the claiming, receipt or ownership of the prize, c) agree to assume any and all costs and liabilities that arise out of the winning of or ownership of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees and costs that result from winning or using the prize, and d) agree to hold First National Bank harmless from any such liabilities.
