First National Bank in Creston Community Shred Day

First National Bank in Creston recently sponsored a community shred day on October 14, 2023. Julie Lanning, President and CEO, explains, “First National Bank has hosted an annual shred day for the past several years. We enjoy providing an opportunity for community members to securely shred documents they no longer need. People can bring in old tax returns, bank statements, canceled checks and more to have them shredded on the spot. We’ve utilized this event as a fundraiser to benefit the local food pantry by accepting free-will donations of canned goods and monetary gifts. We are grateful for everyone who participated.”
